TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LESS MESS STORAGE WEBSITE AND ONLINE STORE (Version 2026)
§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS
- The website available at lessmess.storage is operated by Less Mess Storage sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (02-133), Al. Krakowska 271, entered into the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000472907, NIP: 5252561597, REGON: 146823553.
- Customer – a natural person (including a Consumer and a Business Customer with consumer rights), a legal person or an organisational unit using the Website.
- Business Customer with consumer rights – a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of the contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person.
- Goods – all packaging materials and accessories available in the Store offer.
- Self Storage Service – a service consisting of the rental of storage space (storage units) of a specified size.
- Additional Services – services provided by the Service Provider or external partners, including in particular:
- Transport of goods – a service involving the transport of the Customer’s property to or from a Branch.
- Waste disposal – a service involving the collection and disposal of unnecessary items in accordance with the applicable price list.
- Conference room Kryspinów – a short-term rental of office / conference space at the Kryspinów location.
- Commercial premises for rent – rental of commercial spaces other than Self Storage units.
- Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Branch – an organisational unit of Less Mess Storage where Self Storage Services and Additional Services are provided.
§ 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND COOKIES
- In order to use the Website, it is necessary to have a computer or mobile device with internet access, a web browser (recommended: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and an active e-mail account.
- Cookies Policy: The Website uses cookies for the purpose of:
a. adjusting website content to the User’s preferences and optimising use of the Website,
b. creating anonymous traffic statistics,
c. maintaining the Customer’s session after logging in. - The Customer may change cookie settings in their browser at any time; however, this may affect the proper functioning of certain Website features. More information is available at: http://wszystkoociasteczkach.pl/
§ 3. PLACING AND PROCESSING ORDERS
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the form available on the Website.
- Prices and Promotions (Omnibus): All prices are gross prices (including VAT). In the event of a price reduction, the Seller shall indicate next to the promotional price the lowest price of the goods or services from the last 30 days prior to the introduction of the reduction.
- Processing time: The delivery time consists of the order preparation time and the delivery time (typically between 2 and 7 business days).
§ 4. DELIVERY AND PERSONAL COLLECTION
- Deliveries are carried out via courier service or by personal collection at the Seller’s storage facilities:
a. Warsaw: Al. Krakowska 271, Al. Kosmatki 2, Ostródzka 50a, Sprawna 41, Zatorze 26A, Batalionów Chłopskich 114 B.
b. Other cities:Branches indicated on the main website (Kraków, Poznań, Tricity, Wrocław, Prague). - Delivery costs: In accordance with the applicable price list published on the Website or provided upon request.
- Upon receipt of the delivery, the Customer is requested to check the condition of the shipment and, in the event of damage, prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.
§ 5. PAYMENT METHODS
- The Customer may choose the following payment methods:
online bank transfer (fast payments),
traditional bank transfer prior to delivery of the Goods,
payment card or cash upon personal collection at the Branch.
§ 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The Consumer and the Business Customer with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods or conclusion of the service agreement.
- Exclusions:
a. The right of withdrawal does not apply where:the service has been fully performed with the Customer’s express consent (e.g. commencement of storage unit rental before the expiry of the 14-day period),
b. the Goods are personalised or supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. - The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods.
§ 7. COMPLAINTS AND LIABILITY FOR NON-CONFORMITY
- The Seller shall be liable for the non-conformity of the Goods or Services with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the Goods.
- Complaints should be submitted to: complaints@lessmess.storage or in writing to the registered office address.
- The Seller shall examine the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
§ 8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
- The controller of personal data is Less Mess Storage sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw and LMS Developments sp. z o.o. (address: Al. Krakowska 271, 02-133 Warsaw). Contact is also possible via: dpo@lessmess.pl
- Personal data are processed for the purpose of order fulfilment, handling complaints and, subject to separate consent, for marketing purposes.
- The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and transfer their personal data. Detailed information is set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
§ 9. FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 February 2026.
- Orders placed prior to the amendment of the Terms and Conditions shall be processed in accordance with the previous rules.
- Disputes with Consumers may be resolved amicably via the ODR platform:
