A new place is soon to appear on the map of Warsaw – self-storage in Ursynów.
The fifth and flagship branch of Less Mess Poleczki is currently under construction. The planned opening is in the first quarter of 2025.
Who is this service for?

You choose the size of the unit (starting from 0.5 square metres), sign the contract, and use it whenever you need.

About the investment
The Less Mess Poleczki branch offers nearly 10,000 square metres of space, providing room for over a thousand units of various sizes. The building is designed to ensure optimal storage conditions, with attention to ventilation and temperature, as well as appropriate security systems. Additionally, the facility will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, contributing to improved air quality and reducing the carbon footprint. The technology used will allow for an estimated annual production of 47.17 MWh, which is equivalent to planting 1,534 trees.
Units will be available for pre-sale to registered individuals.
On 17th May, the cornerstone laying ceremony for this flagship investment took place. The ceremony was attended by our key partners who have supported us over the past 10 years, as well as the Less Mess Storage team. The construction itself is continuously progressing.
