Yes, Less Mess stores comply with statutory health and safety requirements. That is why you can store alcohol and hermetically sealed food with us, after informing our staff and obtaining approval from the relevant statutory health and safety branch.
Our staff do not have access to customers’ units or their goods, so we cannot pack parcels on your behalf. If needed, clients often hire someone to manage their parcels within their unit, prepare shipments, and then hand them over to us. We then release the parcels to the courier previously arranged by the client.
All our branches are equipped with modern security systems:
24-hour monitoring, alarms alerting unauthorized access to the facility, individual alarms in each unit.
Every Less Mess client receives a personal access code, allowing 24/7 entry to their storage unit.
Additionally, each unit is secured with the client’s own padlock.
